Retirement Plan Consultant
We are looking for a Retirement Plan Consultant to join our growing team at Cetera Retirement Plan Specialists. This position is hybrid, with work from home and in our Dallas, TX or Des Moines, IA offices.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain responsibility of client caseload management.
Deliver testing results and year‑end packages to clients.
Track data received/not received from clients and follow up accordingly.
Consult with clients, advisors and other parties on plan related issues to develop long‑term relationships.
Ensure compliance corrections are completed in a timely manner, 5500s signed and filed.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of Defined Contribution Plan Administration experience.
Cash Balance/Defined Benefit Plan Administration experience is preferred.
Experience performing compliance work related to cross‑testing and ADP/ACP testing for DC plans.
Ability to calculate profit sharing contributions using new comparability allocation methods.
Strong organizational skills, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Compensation Base annual salary range: $73,000 - $113,000, plus a competitive performance‑based bonus.
