The Senior Mechanical Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and uninterrupted operation of our electrical systems, develop designs to meet customer expectations, coordinate projects, and mentor junior and mid‑level mechanical engineers.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, analyze, and implement electrical systems for data centers, including power distribution, remote power panels, backup power, test areas, and monitoring systems.
Develop and design power distribution products using computer‑aided design tools.
Collaborate with external partners, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
Mentor junior and mid‑level mechanical engineers.
Capture design updates/redlines and create engineering change orders (ECOs).
Create and maintain bill of materials (BOMs) and drawings.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of related experience.
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering; master’s degree a plus.
Proficiency in SolidWorks.
Knowledge of UL1062, UL891, NEC, and other relevant standards.
Experience with mission‑critical components in a data center environment is a plus.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Strong drawing and schematic reading skills.
Act as a role model and share knowledge with junior engineers.
