Sr. Manager, Search and Recruiting - SDL Search Partners
SDL is partnering with a nationally recognized consumer brand, seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst or Treasury Manager to join its corporate finance team. This role offers broad exposure to treasury operations, debt management, cash forecasting, and process improvement in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support debt compliance and assist with monitoring interest rate and foreign exchange risk.
Prepare reports for senior leadership, auditors, and external partners related to cash, debt, and treasury activities.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external institutions to optimize banking structure and working capital strategy.
Manage online banking platforms, including wire transfers, approvals, and account administration.
Track and analyze bank fees, oversee purchasing card program, and support SOX and FBAR compliance.
Identify and implement treasury process enhancements and automation opportunities.
Lead daily and weekly cash flow forecasting, analysis, and reporting across multiple entities and bank accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CTP or CFA a plus.
3–5+ years of treasury, finance, or corporate banking experience.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with cash forecasting and reconciliation.
Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Excellent communicator with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
