What we’re seeking Morning Walk is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Account Services team. Together, we are more than client handlers and brief-writers, we’re strategic thinkers, creative problem-solvers, business analysts, content producers, project managers, and most importantly, our clients’ trusted partners inside the agency.

The Account Coordinator role is an entry-level position, ideal for a hard-working individual eager to learn the business from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a talented team, gain invaluable skills, and contribute to both your own growth and the agency’s success.

Responsibilities Include:

Coordinates development of project proposals/timelines, budgets, advertising and media plans with oversight from Account Management leadership team.

Coordinates and executes both internal and client meetings (i.e. creative kickoffs, brand immersions, weekly client meetings, project post mortem, etc.)

Proactively gains familiarity with the client’s industry, products, business culture and competition.

When necessary, represent the Account Management team by contributing during client calls, virtual and in-person client meetings/presentations.

Supports Account Management team in daily deliverables, activities, budgets and deadlines for campaigns and individual client projects.

Weekly status reports, project documentation, client billing and internal job management.

Has base understanding of advertising, digital, and media industry trends/developments and uses this knowledge to present business building ideas for the client and the Agency.

Must Have’s:

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

Preferably a minimum of 1-2 years of agency setting experience.

Extremely detail-oriented.

Effective time management skills while able to excel in a fast-paced agency environment.

Great office setting in Milwaukee’s Third Ward.
