We operate in a hybrid environment with both local and remote team members. This role requires regular in‑person collaboration at Venture X Naples, where client meetings, team sessions and creative reviews are frequently held. Candidates based in or near Naples or Bonita Springs are strongly preferred due to meeting frequency and collaboration needs.
Role Description Wilson Creative Group is seeking a Senior Account Coordinator / Junior Account Manager to join our Account Services team. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment and enjoys collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional client work.
You will manage client relationships, oversee project timelines and budgets and help translate marketing strategies into actionable plans. This role is ideal for an experienced Account Coordinator ready to step up or an established agency professional looking to take on more responsibility in client management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day client relationships across multiple accounts and industries
Translate client goals into actionable briefs, timelines and deliverables
Collaborate with creative, production and digital teams to keep projects on track
Monitor budgets, timelines and scopes to ensure successful delivery
Prepare meeting agendas, notes and status reports
Conduct research and compile insights for client strategy and creative direction
Assist with proposals, scopes of work and onboarding for new clients
Support content, PR and social media initiatives in partnership with internal teams
Maintain organization within Bonsai, WCG’s project management platform
Qualifications
Previous experience working for a marketing, advertising or creative agency
2–4 years of relevant account service experience
Strong communication, multitasking and organizational skills
Solid understanding of project timelines, budgets and production workflows
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools such as Bonsai or Asana preferred
Positive attitude with a collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field preferred
Must reside in Southwest Florida (Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero or Fort Myers) with ability to attend regular in‑person meetings at Venture X Naples
