Base pay range $25.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Woodmont seeks an Assistant Property Manager professional to help manage our 212‑unit beautiful Apartment Community in Pleasanton, CA. This full‑time position offers 40 hours per week (Includes Benefits). The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 am‑6 pm. This position requires someone with supervisory experience preferred to work with the Property Manager to manage the staff, vendors, and projects. You are required to successfully lease apartments to future residents in a professional manner and give superior customer service to our current residents when they have questions or concerns. This position requires someone engaged and experienced in social media and must possess excellent organizational skills. Housing may be included as part of compensation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Two (2) years or more of proven property management experience
Excellent organizational skills
Must be dependable and reliable
A college degree is a plus
Knowledge of RealPage is a PLUS!
Excellent sales and customer service skills

COMPENSATION Woodmont Real Estate Services has detailed the expected hourly rate for this role to be
$25.00 - $26.00 hourly .
This position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (eligibility may vary based on role).
This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including leasing bonuses, housing, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signals we received from our interviews coupled with your experience, location, and other job‑related factors to determine final compensation.
