We are currently recruiting for an experienced

Director of Education

for our new campus in Houston. The candidate selected for this role will be responsible for managing and leading the campus education team by overseeing the delivery of quality educational programs and the development and implementation of effective academic strategies to meet campus student retention and completion goals.

The Role (Primary Responsibilities)

Comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures.

Supervise and manage faculty members and staff by providing day‑to‑day performance coaching, advice, and monthly advisements.

Recruit, train, and develop faculty members and staff.

Conduct classroom observations on a regular basis.

Collaborate with faculty to perform curriculum reviews to improve the quality of instruction.

Prepare class schedules to optimize class size for an effective student learning experience.

Ensure all students are advised regularly regarding their progress.

Advise, coach, and monitor students at risk of violating attendance or academic progress policies.

Administer student surveys and ensure their timely review; prepare action plans to address concerns and feedback gathered through such surveys.

Monitor campus‑level metrics related to retention, attendance, and completion outcomes to meet campus and organizational objectives.

Manage Education department budget, including staff, faculty, and resource allocation, to ensure effective Education operations and meeting critical targets in student retention, completion, and Active Earning Population.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 3 years of combined management, teaching, and education administration experience.

Teaching and Curriculum Development: Demonstrated track record of effective teaching, curriculum development, and education administration in a post‑secondary environment.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution.

Modern Workforce Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and other everyday software.

Management: Proven self‑starter with entrepreneurial spirit who can build a great team.
