As our first regional
Sales Director for the TOLA region , you will lead the expansion strategy into a new territory. Your prior experience in sales, including roles as a Sales Development Representative and Account Executive, will be instrumental. You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, engage with customers, shape regional strategy, and represent Hadrian in the market. What you will do as a Sales Director at Hadrian
Pipeline Development : Initiate conversations and build relationships with potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and events. Target to engage new prospects weekly to maintain at least 5x pipeline coverage. Strategic Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing to iterate messaging, drive pipeline in the TOLA territory, and handle outbound and inbound. Research & Personalization : Dive deep into accounts to identify key decision-makers and champions. Craft personalized messaging that resonates with the target audience and qualifies their interest. Sales Execution : Demonstrate a deep understanding of Hadrian's solutions and their value proposition. Engage with C-level executives, providing industry insights and positioning our solutions effectively. Account Management : Foster and maintain relationships with key business units and stakeholders. Adopt a consultative approach, listening to customer needs and adjusting strategies accordingly. Achieve Targets : Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, while abiding by Hadrian's values and objectives. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of lead generation and sales experience, SaaS cybersecurity in the TOLA region. Experienced in cold outreach and pipeline generation for account executives. Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quotas with low churn. Flexible with real-time feedback. Strong relationships with sales enablement/operations teams. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot. Bonus points
Familiarity with MEDDPICC. Experience in startup or low-support environment. Benefits
