We partner with CEOs, Boards, Private Equity firms, and Governments to address complex CRE challenges. Our team sits at the heart of a global EY real‑estate network, providing high‑quality advice throughout the entire real‑estate lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute strategic and operational CRE engagements within EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution practice.
Work closely with practice leadership and client management to deliver innovative solutions.
Apply broad knowledge of at least three core CRE consulting disciplines: operating‑model & organizational design, service‑delivery & outsourcing analysis, and CRE support for M&A/Divestiture transactions.
Manage project execution across all sectors, supporting client service teams in a national practice.
Develop innovative approaches, present insights, and facilitate implementation with clients.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of related work experience in corporate real estate, management consulting, workplace consulting, or technology consulting, or a graduate degree with 3 years of related experience.
Credible work experience supporting business development and delivering strategic projects for large clients.
Knowledge in at least three core CRE consulting disciplines: operating‑model design, organizational design, service delivery, portfolio, workplace, occupancy, location, sustainability, technology, digital workplace strategy, and M&A/Divestiture support.
Experience with project‑management activities such as resource planning, schedule development, engagement pricing, and budget management.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long‑lasting relationships internally and externally.
Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
High proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
Residence or commutable distance to a designated EY office.
Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior professional services or management consulting experience.
Graduate degree in a relevant field or discipline.
Established networking skills.
Professional accreditation in real estate, design, engineering, construction, project management, or process improvements (e.g., PE, PMP, CCIM, QCPR, MCR, SLCR, CPM, Lean Six Sigma).
Knowledge of leveraging firm‑approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
