EY has built an industry leading Corporate Real Estate (CRE) practice. We work with clients to address their most complex CRE issues and challenges, advising on strategic, operational, and analytical matters. Your Key Responsibilities As a Director within EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution CRE practice, you will spend your days working on strategic and/or operational corporate real estate issues, while working with practice leadership and client management to deliver innovative solutions. A Director should have broad knowledge of at least three core CRE consulting disciplines, including CRE operating model and organizational design, service delivery and outsourcing analysis, CRE support for M&A / Divestiture transactions, portfolio, workplace, occupancy strategy, and CRE IT / digital workplace strategy. You will manage and execute projects across all sectors, supporting our client service teams across a national practice.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or other business-related field and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.

Credible, related work experience, supporting business development and driving delivery of strategic projects for a large client or set of clients in corporate real estate, management consulting, workplace consulting, or technology consulting.

Knowledge and experience in at least three of the core corporate real estate consulting disciplines of operating model design, organizational design, and service delivery, as well as portfolio, workplace, occupancy, location, sustainability, technology, digital workplace strategy, and M&A/Divestiture support.

Experience supporting project management activities, such as resource planning, schedule development, engagement pricing, and budget management.

Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.

Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.

Exceptional writing and presentation skills.

High proficiency with the MS Office Suite of Products.

Must reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.

The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Ideally, you will have

Prior professional services or management consulting experience.

Graduate degree in a relevant field/discipline is preferred.

Established networking skills.

Professional accreditation in real estate, design, engineering, construction, project management and process improvements, such as PE, PMP, CCIM, QCPR, MCR, SLCR, CPM and Lean Six Sigma.

Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

What We Offer You

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $115,100 to $239,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
