Working Model Hybrid – We have a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need. The successful candidate will spend time alternating between working in the office and working from home.

Major Duties

Assist with development and successful implementation of systems, processes, and project changes for the Cash Ops group.

Assist management with the identification, assessment, monitoring, and control of risk issues.

Ensure sufficient cover of all tasks is maintained in the team, including identifying and training partners as necessary.

Analyze and close any gaps in implementing process/procedure changes in the Cash Ops team.

Conduct performance management and career development processes, provide input for staffing and disciplinary actions and provide hands‑on training to staff.

Develop periodic goals, organize work, set short‑term priorities, monitor all activities, and ensure timely and accurate completion of the work.

Act as subject‑area expert, providing comprehensive, in‑depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.

Carry out activities that are large in scope, cross‑functional, and technically difficult.

Balance high‑level operational execution with development and execution of strategic direction of business function activities.

Directly interact with different committees and/or management.

Strategically develop, implement, and administer programs within functional areas.

Provide input and support to budget management process.

Knowledge

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

In‑depth functional / industry knowledge of Capital Markets. Analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Leadership and organizational skills to develop periodic goals and manage and motivate team members toward set goals.

Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.

Experience

A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience.

Related industry qualification is preferred.

Salary Range $85,900 - $145,900 USD.

Benefits Salary range is a good‑faith estimate of base pay.
