Job Description Credera is seeking an AdTech Consultant to join our growing Advertising & AdTech practice. This role is designed for individuals passionate about helping brands, agencies, and platforms navigate the rapidly evolving AdTech landscape—spanning identity, privacy, AI, first‑party data, and omnichannel activation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Advisory
Work directly with clients to design and deliver AdTech strategies that connect data, technology, and media execution.
Assess client AdTech maturity and develop actionable roadmaps for transformation.
Provide expertise in identity resolution, consented data usage, and privacy‑safe targeting approaches.
Technology Integration
Support the implementation and configuration of leading AdTech solutions (DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, Clean Rooms, etc.).
Collaborate with data engineers and solution architects to enable first‑party data activation across digital platforms.
Partner with Omnicom media, analytics, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of consulting and execution.
Ecosystem Partnerships
Help maintain and grow Credera’s relationships with strategic partners such as Amazon Ads/AWS, LiveRamp, Snowflake, and other ecosystem leaders.
Evaluate emerging AdTech platforms and recommend innovative solutions for clients.
Requirements
Professional Background
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Strategy, or equivalent work experience.
3–7 years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, or related consulting/agency roles.
Proficiency with advertising platforms (DSPs, SSPs), identity solutions, data clean rooms, and/or cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, GCP, Azure).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience with strategy, activation, and/or measurement across programmatic, CTV, display, social, and/or retail media.
Familiarity with privacy regulations and implications for cross‑platform activation and measurement.
Ability to bridge marketing strategy with technical execution.
Platforms & Tools (High‑Level Familiarity)
Demand‑Side Platforms: The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon.
Walled Gardens: Meta, Google, Amazon.
Retail Media: Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel (Target), Kroger.
Ad Servers: Google Campaign Manager, Innovid, Magnite, OpenX.
Measurement & Identity: GA4, IAS, Moat, DoubleVerify, LiveRamp.
Data Collaboration: AMC, ADH, AWS Clean Rooms, InfoSum, LiveRamp.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and storytelling skills to distill complex AdTech concepts for business and technical stakeholders.
Comfortable in client‑facing settings, building trusted relationships.
Ability to facilitate meetings with analysts through C‑suite.
Comfortable working across media agencies (OMD, PHD, Flywheel) and tech partners to orchestrate integrated solutions.
Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and context switching.
Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and interest in mentoring others.
Thought Leadership & Practice Development (Desired)
Contribute to AdTech thought leadership through whitepapers, blog posts, and industry events.
Support internal practice‑building efforts, including knowledge management, methodology development, and mentoring of junior consultants.

Hybrid Working Model Employees have flexibility to work remotely two days a week. Expect to spend three days in person, with flexibility on days and times that best suit project and team needs.
