Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on driving improvements in quality, productivity, and cost through the application of engineering and manufacturing technology.
Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes and driving cost reductions.
Design and develop efficient manufacturing workflows, equipment, and tooling to meet production and delivery targets.
Collaborate on New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts—from initial concept through to full-scale production launch.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency and product quality.
Provide hands‑on technical support to cross‑functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality.
Maintain and continuously improve engineering standards, documentation, and best practices.
Ensure all activities comply with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
Support plant‑wide initiatives focused on continuous improvement, quality enhancement, and workplace safety.
Qualifications
A strong technical foundation with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven success in process improvement, equipment design, and leading technical projects.
Experience with extrusion, hydraulic presses, or metal forming is highly desirable.
Direct involvement in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and other standard business tools.
A collaborative mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
Willingness to travel up to 10% annually as needed.
