Responsibilities
Quickly develop analytics solutions that support healthcare decision-makers
Engage with product leadership and customers to understand problems and present solutions
Collaborate with a team of PhDs, engineers, product managers, and consultants
Create intuitive, scalable analytics solutions delivered into production at speed
Iterate on solutions based on customer feedback to improve outcomes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years of proven expertise in developing analytics products in healthcare settings
Strong proficiency in Python and/or R
Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL preferred) and experience in designing and maintaining data pipelines
Excellent collaboration skills and customer-facing communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or other modern cloud-based data platforms
Familiarity with building solutions in Shiny, Streamlit, Quarto, and R Markdown
Experience using Posit Connect or similar tools for deploying analytics products
Recent experience in healthcare consulting, analytics, or technical roles in a professional services firm environment
