What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Extract and analyze data from the employer’s analytics platform to identify patterns and trends
Streamline data processing for ERP, EHR, and other datasets
Build capabilities for self-service, AI, and machine learning enhancements in data processing
Package insights into standardized reports for client consumption, highlighting areas for immediate review
Coordinate with functional and technical resources to support new technologies and enhance reporting performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree (BS, BA) required
US Work Authorization required
3-5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare data
2-3+ years of relevant experience in AWS, with preferred experience in S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift
Proven analytical skills with large, comprehensive data sets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with comprehensive healthcare data sets (claims, financial performance, clinical, and other related healthcare data)
Recent healthcare consulting, analytics, and/or technical experience in a team-based professional services firm environment
