What You’ll Be Doing

Lead global marketing programs to drive organic sales growth and enhance product visibility.

Develop and execute product strategies by analyzing customer needs and market trends, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Implement strategic pricing initiatives to optimize product profitability and market competitiveness.

Collaborate with global teams to support manufacturing strategies and enhance operational efficiency.

Engage with sales teams and customers to promote product lines, fostering strong relationships and driving growth.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Marketing.

3+ years of experience in Product Management.

2+ years of experience leading people.

Industry experience with electric, electronic, or hydraulic component systems.

Solid project management skills and ability to facilitate global teamwork.

Energetic personality with a customer‑oriented mindset.

Professional English proficiency (oral and written).

Willingness to travel up to 25% for business purposes.
