How You’ll Make an Impact Epsilon is seeking an Associate, Software Engineer to be part of a high‑performing development team writing production code in a high‑frequency, low‑latency environment. You’ll develop and maintain software products that leverage the latest technologies to deliver large‑scale one‑to‑one advertising messages. You’ll gain hands‑on experience working with current technologies alongside great people in a fun, innovative atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with experienced engineers and product teams to build new product features and solutions across Epsilon’s products.
Participate in product design and peer code review sessions, sharing ideas and deepening your technical skills.
Design and develop scalable, resilient applications and services.
Plan, build, and perform code testing using various technologies to support our continuous integration and delivery pipeline.
Hybrid role: 2 days per week in office.

Who You Are
Desire to learn new technologies and a strong sense of software design and engineering fundamentals.
Familiarity with programming languages (HTML, Python, C++), object‑oriented design, and methodologies (Java, XML, SQL, Linux).
Strong relationship management skills and ability to work in a diverse global team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
0–1 year of professional work experience.
Experience with Agile methodology is a plus.
Program Overview The New Grad Program is a one‑year developmental program designed to support your transition from the classroom to the corporate environment and kick‑start your professional development. Participants receive professional and job‑specific training, formal mentorship, and networking opportunities across all levels.
Compensation Base Salary: $90,000.
