We’re seeking a

Data Analyst

with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for uncovering insights through data. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in

SQL and Excel , has solid experience with

SAS , and enjoys investigating complex data problems to tell a clear, data-driven story. You’ll work closely with business and technical teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights, reports, and visual dashboards that drive strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Write and optimize

SQL queries

to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.

Develop, maintain, and automate

Excel-based reports

and models for key stakeholders.

Use

SAS

for advanced statistical analysis, data cleaning, and reporting.

Design and build

interactive dashboards

and visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).

Investigate data anomalies, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

Partner with business teams to understand data needs and translate them into analytical deliverables.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

Advanced proficiency in

SQL

and

Excel

(including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas).

Hands‑on experience with

SAS

for data manipulation and analysis.

Experience with

dashboarding tools

(Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and research skills with a natural curiosity for data.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data findings into business insights.

Preferred:

Experience with data visualization best practices.

Exposure to Python or R for data analysis (a plus, but not required).

Background in financial, healthcare, or operational data environments.
