We’re seeking a Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for uncovering insights through data. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in SQL and Excel, has solid experience with SAS, and enjoys investigating complex data problems to tell a clear, data-driven story. You’ll work closely with business and technical teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights, reports, and visual dashboards that drive strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate Excel-based reports and models for key stakeholders.
  • Use SAS for advanced statistical analysis, data cleaning, and reporting.
  • Design and build interactive dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
  • Investigate data anomalies, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with business teams to understand data needs and translate them into analytical deliverables.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel (including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas).
  • Hands‑on experience with SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and research skills with a natural curiosity for data.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data findings into business insights.

Preferred:

  • Experience with data visualization best practices.
  • Exposure to Python or R for data analysis (a plus, but not required).
  • Background in financial, healthcare, or operational data environments.
