Facilitated Enroller

Join Molina Healthcare as a Marketplace Facilitated Enroller to help connect uninsured individuals to essential health coverage. You will identify prospective members without insurance, conduct interviews, screen eligibility, and guide them through enrollment in Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, and Qualified Health Plans. You will also manage paperwork, assist with plan selection, provide information on managed care programs, and support recertification processes. Building strong relationships with community agencies and state partners is a key part of the role. Key Responsibilities

Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment goals set by management. Interview, screen and assist eligible recipients with enrollment into Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, and Qualified Health Plans. Meet clients at various community sites. Educate clients on application requirements, plan features and benefits, and required disclosures. Help clients choose a plan and primary care physician. Submit completed applications by NYSOH and Molina deadlines. Support current members in annual recertification, adding eligible family members. Respond to member inquiries within marketing guidelines. Adhere to all NYSOH rules and regulations. Participate in outreach projects and community events (minimum 8 hours per week). Maintain professional relationships with hospitals, providers, city agencies, and community-based organizations. Qualifications

Required Education:

HS Diploma Required Experience:

Minimum one year working with State and Federal health insurance programs and populations. Required Skills: Organizational and time‑management skills, ability to work independently. Excellent written and oral communication, strong presentation skills. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel). Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude. Reliable transportation and valid NYS driver’s license with no restrictions. Knowledge of Managed Care plans; ability to serve diverse populations. Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Required License/Certification:

Successful completion of NYSOH required training, certification and recertification. Preferred Education:

AA/AS – Associate’s degree. Preferred Experience:

Previous experience as a Marketplace Facilitated Enroller. Preferred Language:
