Join our Village Systems Innovation team to lead strategic initiatives that transform enterprise‑critical systems.
Base pay range $133,000.00 / yr – $195,000.00 / yr
Location:
Denver required, hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
System Design & Strategy: Defines future state of core enterprise operating systems and leads development of pathways to achieve it.
Portfolio Leadership: Oversees multiple projects or innovation lanes, ensuring cohesion, resource alignment, and prioritization.
Lead key Village initiatives around scheduling, workforce planning, and field intelligence.
Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Partners with operational and functional leaders to align on vision, manage trade‑offs, and influence decision‑making.
People Leadership: Coaches the team, fostering growth, accountability, and consistent excellence in execution.
Execution Oversight & Scaling: Ensures initiatives progress through discovery, validation, and adoption; develops repeatable models and infrastructure for scale.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MPH, MHA, or similar graduate degree preferred.
8–10+ years of progressive experience, with operations leadership preferred.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams, including direct or indirect reports.
Proven ability to influence and build consensus across teams and at leadership levels.
Strong analytical and innovative problem‑solving skills.
Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands‑on role.
Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
