Model business impact using time, cost, or reach estimates to prioritize design efforts.
Clarify key assumptions and test logic to support MVP scoping and stakeholder alignment.
Trace how user behaviors, tools, and roles interact to shape system performance.
Use journey mapping, behavioral principles, and feedback loops to explain friction or missed outcomes.
Support DUFV framing and develop simple prototypes that can be field‑tested and iterated.
Own a portion of an initiative from planning through delivery; manage task progress and reporting.
Run test cycles, track usage and behavior signals, and synthesize learning into next-step recommendations.
Adapt plans based on blockers or new insight; support gate readiness and sprint alignment.
Lead small group field sessions to gather insights and facilitate learning (e.g., debriefs, interviews).
Accurately reflect user voice in system design conversations and documentation.
Support stakeholder alignment by framing tradeoffs, surfacing risks, and organizing relevant input.
Build clear slides and deliverables that translate insights into recommendations and decisions.
Contribute to materials for pilots, briefings, and working sessions, tailoring to different audiences.
Structure findings and rationale logically to support team-wide clarity and execution.
Demonstrate curiosity, resilience, and growth mindset in a fast‑paced, learning-oriented environment.

Support teammates with prep, synthesis, and facilitation; contribute actively to team connection and culture.
Education and Experience
2–4 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, product, or research.
Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and written communication.
Experience supporting cross-functional projects or system/process design efforts.
Comfort navigating ambiguity, adapting to change, and working collaboratively across teams.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to build trust, lead sessions, and reflect user.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced training or industry experience in healthcare or services is a plus.
What We’ll Provide
