Position Summary:
LHH is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to hire a Supply Chain Analyst focused on liquid dosage forms (including syrups, suspensions, and injectable solutions). This role supports procurement and supply chain operations by analyzing data, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring timely, compliant sourcing of pharmaceutical liquids across global supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
Support procurement strategies for pharmaceutical liquids in alignment with regulatory and operational goals
Collect, analyze, and report supply chain data including inventory levels, supplier performance, and cost metrics
Assist in supplier evaluations and maintain documentation related to quality, delivery, and pricing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing
Monitor inventory and forecast demand to support production planning and prevent shortages
Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, quality issues, and cost variance
Conduct supply risk assessments and support mitigation planning
Assist in supplier audits and maintain records of contracts and technical specifications
Ensure procurement processes comply with internal quality systems and external regulatory standards
Stay informed of market trends and pricing shifts relevant to pharmaceutical supply chains
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field
3–5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement analysis, preferably in a regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment
Strong analytical and data management skills
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP MM, Oracle)
Familiarity with cGMP and regulatory compliance standards
Supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS, CPSM) are a plus
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Compensation
Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually
Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance
Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance
Salary range is consistent across all locations
