Director of Guest Services (Front Office) Join the team at Cibola Vista Resort and Spa in Peoria, AZ. As the Director of Guest Services, you will be a hands‑on leader responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction. Your role is essential for driving the success of our resort and maintaining our position as a customer‑focused organization.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Guest Services department.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and exceed expectations.

Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of guest services.

Continuously assess and enhance operational efficiencies to improve guest satisfaction and departmental performance.

Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

Stay informed about current industry trends and successful strategies to foster innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Monitor payroll hours and reports.

Attend management and departmental meetings.

Represent the resort at Front Office Cluster meetings and global calls set by HGV.

Assist with owner and guest activities and recreation as required by management.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Assistant General Manager and/or Resort General Manager.

Qualifications

High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality.

Minimum of seven years of front desk or front office operations experience.

Valid and clean driver’s license.

Prior cash handling and computer experience required.

Experience in a large property preferred.

Timeshare industry experience is an advantage.
