Manager, Safety Project Scientist Location: Horsham, PA; Raritan, NJ; Titusville, NJ.

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Manager, Safety Project Scientist to join our team in the above locations. The role will manage the implementation, training, and support of key Global Safety Strategy and Risk Management (GSSRM) initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple, complex GSSRM-initiated cross‑functional projects and activities including planning, tracking, risk identification, and mitigation.

Own business processes and provide training to relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with other project team members and internal J&J colleagues across functions.

Serve as subject matter expert and audit/inspection lead for relevant processes.

Lead vendor/third‑party resources as appropriate.

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Drive the project implementation plan and align deliverables with stakeholders to ensure successful rollout, training, and ongoing support.

Influence and collaborate with GSSRM and cross‑functional organizations.

Lead and organize project teams.

Communicate effectively across disciplines to keep GSSRM leadership and key stakeholders informed of status and mitigation actions.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare‑related, Biomedical Science, or equivalent (3+ years industry experience).

Working knowledge of medical safety and scientific concepts.

Proven success leading projects or project management experience (2+ years preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other project‑management tools.

Strong analytical skills to identify gaps and root causes and develop solutions.

Ability to work independently with some supervision to meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of project‑management tools and practices.

Strong scientific and project insight to understand downstream impacts.

Additional Requirements

Change‑management experience and influence skills.

Ability to partner and influence others without direct authority; build consensus in a matrixed environment.

Compensation Anticipated base pay range:

$115,000 - $197,800 .
