Lead, support, coordinate, and manage projects and the implementation of digital lab transformation for Advanced Therapies (AT). Drive the paperless lab program to enable data analytics, intelligent automation, and integrated quality across lab systems. Ensure successful project execution, system improvements, and efficient solutions for customers in Quality Control Labs. Key Responsibilities
Drive globally digital lab transformation implementation for new and existing products including: process standardizations, automation design, digital setup and project management oversight Lead, guide and support internal teams and local site subject matter experts Align data structures of Lab Systems to improve accessibility of data and compliance and manage implementation and innovation projects Provide leadership to customer network teams linked to lab systems, drive harmonization and continuous improvement with the goal of crafting global, lean and standardized processes that enable the business to operate efficiently Lead complex projects Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required with a focus on Physical / Life Science; IT focus or advanced degree preferred 8+ years of related experience including at least one of the following: Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Analytical Testing, or IT in a pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry Experience with Quality or Lab Systems is helpful Business-oriented, independent, and driven with demonstrated ability in a regulated medical industry Solid understanding of quality within a quality organization across roles (quality operations, quality control, quality systems, etc.) and demonstrated knowledge of applicable regulations Ability to build relationships with business partners with negotiation, partnering, and influencing skills Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills; able to meet due dates with an open, collaborative leadership style Strategic thinking with ability to define and translate vision into strategy and execution Attention to detail with proven problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills Ability to independently manage multiple issues, prioritize, and escalate as needed using project management tools Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and business case calculation Proficiency in English Preferred
Experience leading a group of professionals to achieve business objectives Working knowledge of the business environment outside quality (e.g., manufacturing, product/process development, engineering, customer service) Skills in laboratory management systems (eLIMS) and master data Process Excellence (6-Sigma) certification preferred Other
Up to 10% travel anticipated Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $207,000 USD. See company benefits information for pay transparency and eligibility details.
