Position Overview As an Administrative Liaison, you will provide administrative and secretarial support for specialty practices, support physicians and senior staff, and back up reception coverage by greeting outpatients, collating and handling incoming calls, and managing surgical scheduling.

Surgical scheduling
Administrative support to physicians and senior staff in the office
Backup to registration associates
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Surgical scheduling experience is required.
Associate degree in administrative medical secretary or related field, or five years of related experience.
Familiarity with physician office procedures.
Good oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, Excel, graphics.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift 20 lbs.
Pay Range: $20.20 – $26.50 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may vary within the stated range based on location.
