Base pay range: $20.20/hr - $26.50/hr
Position: Administrative Liaison – provides administrative and secretarial support for specialty practices.

What You Will Do The Administrative Liaison provides administrative and secretarial support for specialty practices. They provide support to practice physicians and senior staff, assist in greeting outpatients, collate and handle incoming calls, and help with surgical scheduling.
Responsibilities
Surgical Scheduling
Administrative support to physicians and senior staff in the office
Backup to registration associates
Other duties as assigned
What You Will Need
Experience in surgical scheduling required
Associate degree in administrative medical secretary or similar major, or 5 years of related experience
Familiarity with physician office procedures
Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets (Excel), graphics
HS Diploma / GED required
Ability to lift 20 lbs.
