Date Posted: 2025-09-24 Location: Fallbrook, CA (on-site) with CONUS/OCONUS travel up to 10-20%. Contingent upon award of business. Position: Field Service Representative / Maintenance Technician for the Coyote Block 3+ Program. Responsible for Depot site maintenance of the All Up Round (AUR) and may participate in other program-specific events. Primary driver to ensure Operational Readiness of the AURs and the main on-site contact for program leadership. What You Will Do
Charging and monitoring the AURs, tracking non-conformances, status on inventory, basic onsite repairs, and creating and maintaining schedules. Provide direct communication with Program Leadership and Engineering, and work with on-site personnel outside of the Raytheon team. Be available to work odd shifts, which may include extended hours and weekends, to ensure mission success. This role may eventually require obtaining a Top Secret clearance; candidate must be willing and able to obtain additional clearance. What You Will Learn
AUR depot maintenance practices. Battery maintenance procedures. Routine AUR troubleshooting procedures. Logistic processes and material management processes. Essential troubleshooting skills. Maintenance Management Systems. Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Experience operating and installing software on computers. Able to obtain handling authorization for up to 1.1 energetics through Raytheon and ATF. Experience working in remote offsite locations. Experience reading, understanding, and following technical documentation. Experience with test and diagnostic tools. Qualifications We Prefer
Possess the upmost professionalism, punctuality, and etiquette within DoD and corporate environment. Uncompromised safety acumen. Prior Coyote Experience. Prior Military experience. Knowledge of basic electronics and loitering vehicles. Forklift Certification. Current Top Secret Clearance. Special Work Circumstances
