Secret - Current The Coyote Block 3+ Program is seeking a Field Service Representative that will function as a Lead Maintenance Technician. As leader of the team, you will be responsible for managing personnel and Depot site maintenance of the All Up Round (AUR). You may also participate in other program-specific events. The Lead Maintenance Technician will be the primary driver to ensure team efficiency and ensuring the Operational Readiness of the AURs. In addition, the Lead Technician will be the primary Field Engineering team representative, and “eyes on” the system for program leadership. This position is located onsite with a customer in Fallbrook, CA. Travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 10-20% may be required. Contingent role upon award of business. What You Will Do Performance evaluations, approving timesheets, reviewing expenses, monitoring labor hours, managing shifts and daily schedules. Technical/Program responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, reporting system and personnel statuses, attending programmatic and functional meetings, charging and monitoring the AURs, tracking non-conformances, status on inventory, basic onsite repairs, adherence to program schedules, managing system deliveries and status, providing direct communication with Program Leadership and Engineering, and collaborating with on-site personnel outside of the Raytheon team. The Lead Technician must be available to work odd shifts, which may include extended hours and weekends, to ensure mission success. This role may eventually require obtaining a Top Secret clearance; candidate must be willing and able to obtain additional clearance. What You Will Learn AUR depot maintenance practices Battery maintenance procedures Routine AUR troubleshooting procedures Logistic processes and material management processes Asset Management Essential troubleshooting Skills Maintenance Management Systems Refined management skills Leading in a Matrix Environment Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Experience with leading a team and managerial tasks. Experience operating and installing software on computers. Experience reading, understanding, and following technical documentation. Experience with test and diagnostic tools. Qualifications We Prefer Possess the upmost professionalism, punctuality, and etiquette within DoD and corporate environment Uncompromised safety acumen Good communication skills; able to work efficiently in remote offsite location Prior Military experience Understanding of batteries and energetics Prior Coyote Experience Current Top Secret Clearance Special Work Circumstances Ability to lift 80 pounds.
