Senior Program Quality Engineer / Mission Assurance Lead We are looking for a Senior Program Quality Engineer / Mission Assurance Lead to join the Advanced EOIR Solutions group at our McKinney, TX location. This onsite role will implement and develop processes to deliver compliant systems and customer quality flow‑down requirements throughout program lifecycles.

Security Clearance Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required for a security clearance.

What You Will Do

Represent Mission Assurance on program or project leadership teams and capture teams, including writing basis of estimates (BOE’s) for the quality portion of new program bids.

Support communication of program goals, targets, requirements and customer feedback.

Assist in providing program direction to ensure quality tasking is accomplished within budget, on time, and as defined in program planning.

Prepare, collect, analyze and maintain MA metrics.

Establish customer relations and process and validate customer corrective action requests.

Assess impact of potential customer escapes.

Co‑chair Program Corrective Action Board (CAB) to meet measures and metrics from stakeholder reviews.

Ensure reviews and assessments of program performance are performed, including self‑guided technical assessments of systems engineering, QA, lessons learned, technology, production and programmatic practices assuring Quality Management System processes are defined and implemented.

Review engineering program documentation, including specifications, requirements, drawings, test plans, procedures, instructions and SOPs prior to release for correctness to technical standards.

Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring mission results.

Execute new MA initiatives related to CORE and APQP.

Travel as needed for business (not expected to exceed 25% of time).

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and ten (10) years of relevant experience in Quality, Engineering, Operations and/or Program Management.

Experience with QMS ISO 9001 and AS9100.

Experience using industry and government Mission Assurance Requirements and Standards.

Team member experience developing solutions to complex problems.

Experience in predictive and proactive measures, metrics assessments and developing actions to improve performance or mitigate problems.

Experience in program pursuit and capture and completion of Basis of Estimates (BOE).

Proficiency in written and verbal presentation skills and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Active and transferable Secret clearance is required prior to start date, with ability to obtain SAP/SAR within a year.

Qualifications We Prefer

Prior experience in Aerospace or Defense industry.

ASQ Quality Certification.

Experience with Raytheon RCAS or a proven close‑loop corrective action system.

Six Sigma Greenbelt certification (CORE or industry).

Experience deploying AS9145 (APQP) requirements.

Experience with Earned Value Management, Cost Account Management and Risk/Opportunity Management.

Experience with IPDS/gating or program phasing (nonrecurring/recurring activities).

Experience with Material and Failure nonconformance review boards (MRB/FRB).

Advanced college degree.
