Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Florist located in the Bethesda‑Rockville, MD area. The Florist will be responsible for creating flower arrangements, designing floral decorations, and utilizing creativity to craft unique botanical displays. The Florist will also provide top‑notch customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with their floral purchases.
Responsibilities
Design high-end bouquets, wedding arrangements, and floral decorations.
Upsell additional products and services to maximize revenue.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all floral creations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work independently or collaboratively with the team as required.
Qualifications
Advanced experience with TikTok and Instagram.
High school diploma.
Proficiency in flower arrangements and floral design.
Strong creative, attention‑to‑detail, and common‑sense skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Prior experience in floristry or a related field is a plus.
