We are committed to supporting critical advancements in the United States defense industry, like the U.S. Army’s XM30 Infantry Combat Vehicle (ICV) program, which will replace the Army’s Bradley infantry fighting vehicle with a modernized ICV.

Our team has recently won a contract award to advance to Phases 3 and 4 of the program where vehicle design will continue, followed by the prototype build of a small number of vehicles to be tested by the Army.

Our solution for the XM30 program, along with our other next‑generation tracked and wheeled vehicle systems, empowers and protects the members of our U.S. Armed Forces and ensures their safe return home.

Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Entry‑Level Engineer to support ground combat vehicle programs, including the XM30 Infantry Fighting Vehicle.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals with strong mathematical aptitude, technical writing skills, and hands‑on experience with Excel‑based data analysis and visualization.

The successful candidate will contribute to systems engineering activities, technical documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced defense environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support engineering teams in the design, analysis, and execution of vehicle systems projects

Collect, organize, and analyze technical data using Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts)

Prepare clear, concise technical reports and PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Assist in systems modeling and requirements traceability using tools such as SysML and Cameo

Conduct research, benchmarking, and trade studies to support engineering decisions

Maintain project tracking tools and databases to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with program standards, reliability protocols, and documentation requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related technical field

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on technical writing

Solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, or data analysis

U.S. citizenship required due to defense program eligibility

Preferred Skills

Internship or co‑op experience in engineering, systems analysis, or technical documentation

Familiarity with SysML, Cameo, Teamcenter, or similar engineering tools

Experience with project management tools or data visualization platforms

Exposure to defense industry standards or vehicle systems is a plus
