This is your opportunity to make an immediate impact in a high-profile role while accelerating your technical growth. What You’ll Be Doing

Provide remote and onsite support across multiple client sites in the Atlanta area. Manage ~50 active tickets daily and close ~90 tickets weekly across Level 1–3 issues. Deliver professional support via phone, email, and Autotask ticketing system. Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (mail flow, Teams Voice, admin tasks), Windows 10/11, printers, networking, and MacOS issues. Handle deskside troubleshooting, hardware/software provisioning, and documentation. Run network cables, install access points, and support user onboarding/offboarding. Resolve advanced technical challenges (e.g., registry edits, PowerShell scripts, RDP connectivity). Support multi-user applications like QuickBooks and mobile devices (iOS & Android). Create and maintain knowledge base articles to support team-wide learning. Collaborate with engineers on complex cases and participate in the after-hours on-call rotation. What You’ll Need

Experience in a Managed Service Provider Environment 2+ years of IT service desk experience. Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 Admin, and Office Suite. Basic networking skills (switches, firewalls, DNS/DHCP). Experience with Autotask, remote support tools, and MacOS. Valid U.S. driver’s license and flexibility to travel locally. Nice to Have

Microsoft certifications (MS-102, Enterprise Admin Expert). Experience with Intune, Entra, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks. Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. Familiarity with IT Glue, Datto RMM, and Meraki. CompTIA A+ certification. Tech Stack
