Overview

The SAP Vendor/Customer Master Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring SAP vendor and customer master data is up-to-date and in compliance with company practices and policies. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the data. This person will maintain the safety and security of the organization's network database, ensuring the correct data integration and processing and monitoring the feasibility of data requirements. They should have an understanding of master data governance, policies, and procedures. Develop and maintain data quality control procedures. Perform regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assisting with internal/external audit activities. Supports Supply Chain and Finance-Accounts Payable with vendor management including new vendor set-up and changes to the vendor master. Identification and appropriate follow up of opportunities for increased accuracy, efficiencies, standardization, and rationalization of master data. Excellent customer service while interfacing with customers and suppliers. Responsibilities

Maintain SAP vendor and customer master data in compliance with company practices and policies. Develop and maintain data quality control procedures and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist with internal and external audit activities. Support Supply Chain and Finance-Accounts Payable with vendor management, including new vendor set-up and changes to the vendor master. Identify opportunities for increased accuracy, efficiencies, standardization, and rationalization of master data. Provide excellent customer service while interfacing with customers and suppliers. Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred. 5 to 10 years of related SAP Vendor and/or Customer Master Data Maintenance experience. ERP (SAP) vendor/customer master data system experience required. Ability to take ownership, think independently, and perform tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to interface with multiple organizations and various levels of management; Oil and gas (midstream) preferred. Vendor Maintenance - Know Your Counterparty; Material in Master Data.
