Position Teamcenter PLM Developer - CAD Integration (Creo & SolidWorks)
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
Base Pay Range $58.00/hr - $59.00/hr
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter PLM Developer with strong expertise in CAD integrations, particularly with Creo and SolidWorks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, configuring, and supporting PLM‑CAD integration solutions within the Teamcenter environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Teamcenter integrations with Creo and SolidWorks using best practices.
Configure and maintain CAD data management, workflows, and release processes within Teamcenter.
Develop and support BMIDE extensions, ITK, RAC, and AWC customizations related to CAD integrations.
Collaborate with design engineering, PLM administrators, and IT teams to ensure seamless CAD‑PLM interoperability.
Support CAD structure synchronization, metadata mapping, and revision control across systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between Teamcenter and CAD tools.
Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials.
Participate in system upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning activities.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of hands‑on experience with Siemens Teamcenter Unified/Enterprise platform.
Proven experience with Creo‑Integration (TCIC) and SolidWorks‑Integration (SWIM) or similar CAD integration frameworks.
Strong development experience in Teamcenter ITK, SOA, BMIDE, RAC, AWC customization, and Java/C/C++ programming.
Good understanding of CAD data management, product structures, and Engineering Change Management in Teamcenter.
Experience with Teamcenter workflows, access management, and classification modules.
Familiarity with NX or other CAD tool integrations is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
