Ab Initio Senior Developer – Contract
Location: Louisville, KY.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour.
Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Ab Initio components such as Graphs, Plans, and Conduct IT.
Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize and troubleshoot complex data workflows to ensure high performance and reliability of data processing.
Implement data quality checks and validation rules to ensure accuracy and consistency across data pipelines.
Support production deployments and provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution and performance tuning.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in ETL development and data integration strategies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on risk management and regulatory compliance.
Strong hands‑on experience with eGRC platforms such as RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, or MetricStream.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour.
