PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP North America Regional CoE (Center of Expertise) is part of the Adoption Services Centers within Customer Success. With our premium “Max-Attention” offering, we establish SAP as an end-to-end solution provider for building, optimizing, maintaining innovative software solutions and allows our customers to accelerate their digital transformation journeys in becoming intelligent enterprises.

The CoE consultant brings technical and/or application expert knowledge to deliver remote/onsite services together with our experts and focus on system optimization, conceptual planning as well as empowering the customers with newest best practice knowledge. This also involves analysis and design of highly complex business processes in heterogeneous system landscapes in Order-to-Cash and related processes.

As a business processes consultant, you will:

Delivery of premium engagement remote and onsite assessment and expert services.

Safeguard & Support SAP customers in their critical projects with strong technical, functional and integration expertise.

Help customers with complex root cause analysis and problem resolution.

Design customer processes, configuration of the system, identification of gaps and help resolve issues.

High willingness to learn in the areas of new innovations and stay abreast of relevant new SAP features/releases.

Required Experience:

Minimum 4 years of SAP hands-on development or consulting experience in SAP S/4HANA OTC Order-To-Cash / SD (Sales & Distribution) topics.

Strong technical skills in programming languages such as ABAP, SQL/CDS, Fiori/oDATA, etc.

Excellent process knowledge in SAP S/4HANA SD Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and integration with other modules, especially on Condition Contracts/Rebates, Revenue Accounting, Intercompany processes etc.

Proven record in understanding application and business requirements and delivering results to stakeholders’ satisfaction.

Self-Driven in understanding new topics, commitment in execution of assigned tasks diligently.

Excellent communication & presentation skills to articulate problem statements, resolutions with SAP Customers and Partners.

Willingness to travel 40%.

Quick learner with strong analytical and logical skills.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes pay transparency is important and provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 94,000 - 159,900 USD. The actual amount offered will depend on education, skills, experience, role scope, location, and the selection process.
