Responsibilities As Sr. Analyst, you will support marketing communications creative testing and setup. You will work on SMS & Email marketing communications in Pega Case Manager and vendor sites, testing creatives to ensure they meet expected designs.

Manage deployments of SMS and Email communications in a timely manner, working closely with communications vendor partners and creative teams.

Collaborate across various Verizon Value brand teams, building relationships with brand managers, creative analysts, and Pega Business Analysts.

Monitor deployments of offers at vendor sites, ensuring 100% delivery to customers, and validate post-fix and re-deployment as needed.

Perform post-production validations of Pega Extract files, addressing any issues immediately.

Validate customer feedback files provided by vendors, build monitoring processes for daily feedback counts, and report dashboards.

Use basic SQL scripts and Excel to perform post-production data validations and analytics.

Qualifications You are organized, proactive, and efficient, with a can-do, team-player attitude.

Bachelor’s degree and 4 or more years of work experience (minimum 2 years relevant).

Understanding of marketing terminology, Agile and Scrum methodology.

Technical and analytical skills, including writing SQL queries and interpreting data.

Even Better If You Have

A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or Business Administration.

Understanding of Pega Next Best Action.

Technical project experience.

Experience with SQL scripts and data analytics.

Experience with Jira, ThoughtSpot, FTP tools such as FileZilla, WinSCP, or CoreFTP.

SQL/Data Analytics certification.

Other Information Compensation Range: $72,390.00 to $109,480.00 annually. Application deadline: December 1, 2025.
