About the Role
We’re seeking an ambitious and motivated
Junior Legal Recruiter
to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with
strong communication skills
and
at least one year of cold‑calling or sales experience
who wants to break into the world of legal recruiting. You’ll be trained by experienced recruiters and learn how to identify, engage, and place top legal talent across boutique and national law firms.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and outreach to potential candidates and clients
Source, screen, and qualify candidates through phone interviews and database searches
Maintain accurate candidate records in CRM systems
Research law firms, practice areas, and market trends
Qualifications
1+ year of professional cold‑calling, inside sales, or recruiting experience
(required)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Interest in the legal industry or professional services recruiting is a plus
