We are seeking experienced Immigration Attorneys with strong courtroom advocacy, particularly in Master Calendar and Individual Hearings, and a proven track record in deportation defense. The role demands efficient client service in a high-volume practice. Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, including Master Calendar and Individual Hearings. Develop and execute deportation defense strategies, including motions, appeals, and trial preparation. Accurately prepare and file USCIS petitions and applications. Conduct legal research and draft persuasive briefs, motions, and supporting documents. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding case status and next steps. Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient, high-quality services. Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) and licensed to practice U.S. law in good standing. Demonstrated courtroom experience in immigration cases. Solid experience in removal defense and USCIS filings. Spanish fluency preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and case‑management abilities. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline‑driven environment.
