Position Overview The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Cloud DevOps Developer to join the Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) Classified Cloud Platform team.
Position Responsibilities
Lead design, development, testing, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Azure Cloud infrastructure.
Collaborate with Enterprise Cloud Architects and Cybersecurity compliance teams.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC).
Operationalize Policy-as-Code using tools like Azure Policy, OPA/Gatekeeper, and Rego.
Champion alignment of use cases and security protocols across projects.
Execute against cloud-oriented development guidelines and the Risk Management Framework.
Guide research and analysis of complex application integration and performance issues.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher.
5+ years designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure with Azure or AWS.
3+ years writing IaC with Bicep, ARM, or Terraform.
3+ years writing CaC with Ansible, Python, or Bash.
3+ years experience with containerization and Kubernetes.
Preferred Qualifications
Active U.S. Secret Clearance.
Experience with Policy-as-Code (Azure Policy, OPA/Gatekeeper, Rego).
Knowledge of RMF, NIST, FedRAMP, and STIG.
Experience designing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Experience with security/compliance tools like RSA Authentication Manager, Nessus, SonarQube.
Experience with Linux and Windows administration.
Experience with SAFe or Agile methodologies.
Drug Free Workplace Boeing requires drug testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol, when applicable.
Pay & Benefits Base pay range: $123,250 - $166,750. Additional variable compensation opportunities. Employees may enroll in health insurance, flexible spending accounts, HSAs, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off.
