Job Summary
Polytechnic is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional coordination across areas such as marketing communications, recruitment, curriculum assessment, and academic accreditation. This role will enhance the Polytechnic’s operational efficiency by managing vendor partnerships, developing scalable workflows, and ensuring consistent execution of high-impact initiatives. The Project Manager will collaborate with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to collect and analyze data that supports continuous improvement and fulfills applicable accreditation standards. This individual will guide assessment practices, monitor curricular enhancement action plans, and generate meaningful reporting insights that inform academic decision-making across undergraduate and graduate programs. The Project Manager will also coordinate the student transfer process, working closely with academic advisors, program faculty, and campus partners to ensure accurate articulation of credits, timely curriculum alignment, and a seamless process for incoming students. This individual must be a systems thinker with a commitment to excellence in both promotional strategy and academic quality assurance. About Us

Education and Experience
Qualified Candidates Will Need Bachelors degree in project management, communication, leadership, data analytics, educational leadership, or related area Four (4) to five (5) years of professional experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in marketing, communications, or higher education environment Data collection and analysis experience, preferably in the educational environment Accreditation and/or assessment experience Curriculum management experience Skills Needed
Technical competency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software. Curriculog, and data analysis tools, along with the adaptability to learn and utilize new systems as needed. What Is Helpful
