Your Role In The Mission We are seeking a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in the design, modeling, simulation, and testing of advanced RF, microwave, and quasi‑optical antenna systems, covering frequencies from 100 MHz to 300 GHz.

Responsibilities

Design, simulate, analyze, and test RF, microwave, and quasi‑optical antenna systems across a wide frequency range.

Develop and refine antenna system designs including reflector, phased‑array, horn antennas, and RF waveguide components such as ortho‑mode transducers, mode converters, polarizers, and phase shifters.

Apply antenna engineering principles—classical electromagnetics, coupled‑mode theory, array theory, physical optics, ray tracing, and link‑budget analysis—to enable robust transmitter/receiver front‑end systems.

Use advanced simulation tools (COMSOL, HFSS, CST, PSpice) for full‑wave electromagnetic and circuit‑level modeling.

Conduct measurement and testing using vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and RF power meters, and interpret data with MATLAB, Python, Origin, or similar.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands‑on experience in design, simulation, analysis, and testing of RF, microwave, and quasi‑optical antenna systems.

Proficiency with simulation tools such as COMSOL, HFSS, CST, and PSpice.

Strong foundational knowledge of antenna engineering principles.

Experience with antenna testing environments and instrumentation.

Advanced data analysis skills with MATLAB, Python, Origin, or comparable.
