Your Responsibilities

Follow the NCI (New Capital Introduction) Process Flow / Gate Reviews.

Collaborate with customer groups, facilities, maintenance, manufacturing operations, engineering, EHS, accounting, and purchasing to secure approvals.

Achieve desired outputs on multiple concurrent projects, both individually and as part of a team.

Develop plans for facilities projects, establish priorities for cost effectiveness, and manage budgeting and purchasing.

Work with internal and external suppliers to plan and implement facility‑wide projects, ensuring efficient and cost‑effective systems and processes.

Coordinate compatibility of existing and new assets and/or systems.

Provide direction and guidance to other project owners to maximize efficiency and sustainability.

Ensure implementation of modern technology and verify its effectiveness in facility process modifications.

Top Candidates May Have

Experience managing large‑scale capital projects, from concept development to execution.

Manufacturing experience in cast materials, machining, and process control documentation.

Foundry process experience with molding, core making, melting/holding furnaces, iron pouring, or casting cleaning.

Skills You Will Bring

Project Management – basic understanding of project management strategies and tactics, and the ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects.

Manufacturing Process Design and Development – basic understanding of how to design and develop manufacturing processes, choosing the right processes and parameters to improve functionality and cost.

Capacity Planning & Management – working knowledge of tools and practices for determining production demand and managing resources to meet service levels.

Lean Manufacturing – working knowledge of Lean principles and the ability to implement Lean in existing processes.

Problem Solving – skilled in applying tools and techniques to recognize, anticipate, and resolve operational or process problems.

Compensation Summary Pay Range: $110,520.00 – $165,840.00. Compensation and benefits offered may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
