We are seeking an enthusiastic
Assembly Tech
to join our Columbia Pump Assembly Production team. In this hands‑on role, you will assemble high‑quality pumps and components, ensuring each meets our rigorous specifications and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities
Assemble pumps and components to exact specifications, ensuring top‑notch quality.
Tackle production challenges in collaboration with the Production Manager or Assembly Lead.
Uphold quality and safety standards during assembly, testing, tagging, packing, and loading.
Assist with various warehouse functions such as pulling, picking, shipping, and receiving parts as needed.
Be prepared for potential domestic and international travel to support operations.
Participate in special projects and other duties as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and operate overhead and jib cranes safely.
Valid state driver’s license for forklift operation. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
Strong mechanical skills and high physical stamina, with experience lifting, stooping, bending, and climbing.
Good vision (both close and distance) and strong communication skills using keyboards, phones, and office equipment.
