Accounting Manager
to support our continued success.
This role reports directly to the Corporate Controller and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to grow their career.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Participate in monthly close cycles, reconciliations, and ad‑hoc analysis
Provide analytical support and respond to inquiries from multiple departments
Assist in the development of budgets, comparing actuals vs. forecasts
Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile charges
Support internal and external audits
Manage fixed assets, including CAPEX cost accumulation and depreciation
Accurately code invoices and manage accounts payable
Monitor and uphold financial controls, systems, and data integrity
Tackle special projects as directed by leadership
Maintain the general ledger
Reconcile customer accounts and manage accounts receivable collection
Files required tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies
As appropriate, coordinates with software vendor to maintain accounting system
MUST Have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of related experience
Bring strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
Thrive in working knowledge of payroll and ADP
Excel at staying accurate under pressure and managing multiple priorities
Are detail‑oriented and proactive, with a knack for organization
