The Senior Consumer Relationship Banker is responsible for meeting with customers and prospects to determine financial needs and offering appropriate products, services, and guidance to help achieve their financial goals. The role focuses on acquiring and deepening existing customer relationships, particularly with Preferred Banking Households, including more complex, affluent solutions, wealth opportunities, investments, lending, debt consolidation, and in-depth saving conversations. The successful candidate should be driven, competitive, and able to work as part of a team, with strong communication skills and the ability to identify customer needs. Primary Responsibilities

Achieves individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and providing advanced guidance on Regions’ solutions with a focus on Preferred Banking Households Conducts outbound phone calls using generated lead lists to expand relationships and acquire new ones Serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households in partnership with the Branch Team Educates and advises customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loan and deposit types, annuities, and life insurance Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings Provides a consistent optimal customer experience and supports day-to-day branch responsibilities including greeting customers and processing transactions Owns and resolves customer issues Refers customers to internal experts when additional financial goals are identified Supports team development by serving as a subject matter expert for junior bankers Follows bank processes and adheres to laws and regulations, including duties assigned by the Branch Manager This position requires tracking time for hours worked over 40 per week and is eligible for overtime. This position is incentive eligible. This position requires registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). High School Diploma or GED Two (2) years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and sustaining attention to a monitor Ability to work Saturdays as needed Ability to walk and stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds Certifications/Licensures

Life Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of hire Preferences

Full time Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job-specific and provided as a reference for compensation decisions. Pay varies by experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, location, and performance. The minimum/target/median ranges are based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range where the position is located. Minimum Job Range Target: $51,530.08 USD Median: $59,570.00 USD Incentive Plans

This role is eligible to participate in a commission incentive plan and a formulaic incentive plan based on performance against defined metrics and goals. Benefits Information
