What You’ll Be Working On

Effectively manage multiple GreenDrop sites and approximately 40 employees daily.

Maintain complete ownership of all operations: facilities, logistics, and employees.

Train, coach, and develop employees, ensuring compliance with GreenDrop SOPs.

Support operations: collecting donations, serving donors, packing donations.

Assist or fill in at sites during peak donation periods.

Schedule, approve payroll, and manage budgets.

Supervise attendants, conduct performance reviews, provide disciplinary documentation.

Review applications, conduct interviews, and complete HR paperwork.

Monitor sites, employees, operations, merchandise, and donation volume with safety priority.

Complete weekly and monthly site and employee audits to drive compliance.

Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely location service.

Operate a non‑CDL box truck as required.

Travel between GreenDrop locations daily.

Perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

Be present during working hours at various sites; this is not a work‑from‑home position.

Other duties as assigned.

FLSA Exempt.

Travel Related to position only within geographic area and essential functions or other areas as assigned.
