A Typical Day As a
Product Analyst II , you are a key contributor within a Scrum team, responsible for delivering quality, on-time user stories. You will gather and document requirements, actively participate in Agile ceremonies, coordinate with developers and business experts, and contribute to testing and documentation, operating with moderate independence.
The Product Analyst II Will
Participate in and contribute to organizational analysis to identify current capabilities and opportunities for improvement
Interact and coordinate effectively with system developers and business subject matter experts regarding application changes, development, and deployment
Gather business requirements impacting technology systems and engage with technology partners to develop solutions through the technology change process
Write and communicate requirements and user stories following standardized Agile framework
Work effectively and contribute actively within a Scrum or Kanban team
Create and maintain system and user documentation
Actively conduct and participate in Scrum ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Coordinate and conduct functional testing and support user training efforts
Provide regular verbal and written status reports to management and stakeholders
Create workflow diagrams and technical documentation
Collaborate effectively with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories meet the definition of "done"
Manage communications with stakeholders and team members across functional areas to support project implementation
Coordinate risk assessment and use risk assessment output to help mitigate risks to project
Participate in backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planning
Execute on test script developed in design and implementation phases
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
4 Year college degree (Bachelor) or equivalent work experience
3+ years of Agile experience
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong teamwork mentality, including mentorship of junior analysts
Highly proficient in the G‑Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
Data analysis experience a plus
Knowledge of BI Tools a plus
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence or similar tools required
Must be a team player with strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently
Must be able to work across multiple projects at one time, and collaborate with other teams to ensure deliverables are done on time
Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and mathematical skills, using sound judgment
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management

Mid range – Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher range – Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance‑based compensation and/or stock‑based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
Salary $68,000 - $115,000
